TWI Organises EU Sustainable Energy Week 2021 Event

Thu, 23 September, 2021

TWI has organised a Sustainable Energy Day event on 6 October 2021 in the framework of the 16th edition of the EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) to inform and raise awareness about the latest innovations to optimise geothermal utilisation and economics.

The event will include insights into the challenges of heat exchangers in Iceland, the evolution of geothermal energy in the Philippines, and how projects like GeoHex help address the current issues of geothermal energy.

This event, ‘Innovations to Optimise Geothermal Utilisation and Economics,’ will offer an opportunity to explore the importance of sustainable energy to both citizens and businesses, and showcase how we can contribute to the objective of carbon neutrality.

We are excited to take part in the EUSEW Sustainable Energy Days and believe it is a great opportunity to bring this information to the industrial community.

#EUSEW2021 Sustainable Energy Days across Europe

Throughout September and October 2021, a series of locally-organised Sustainable Energy Days will offer citizens and businesses, in Europe and beyond, the opportunity to engage in a policy discussion about the EU’s clean energy vision. These events will take place in a range of formats, including virtual guided tours, webinars, exhibitions, workshops, and more. Participants will be able to discover these events on the EUSEW website.

The Sustainable Energy Days aim to bring local communities closer to the sustainable energy debate, allowing them to come together to explore the opportunities and challenges associated with the EU’s climate and energy goals.

You can find out more about the event and register to attend, here.
